'Modern' C++ design was, of course, a classic must-read c++ text - when first published in 2001. I still have my well-thumbed copy on my bookshelf. But 'Modern' after 17 years and three revisions to the c++ standard? Please, authors, I know you want to make your book 'stand out' and so achieve sales but consider the longevity when choosing a title. There is also Scott Meyers excellent "Effective 'Modern' c++" book - but when c++30 is released I doubt the c++ we know today will still be classed as 'modern' - just as c++ from 2001 is no longer 'modern'.
